Who We Are The Hamilton is Home Coalition unites housing providers and community partners to pursue land, funding, planning, advocacy, and policy solutions to create 5,000 affordable homes by 2030.
Hamilton is facing a visible and growing homelessness crisis. Too many of our neighbours live in shelters, encampments, or precarious housing. We believe the solution is clear — more deeply affordable, supportive, and nonprofit housing, built now.
